We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please contact us at info@yayaskitchen.co within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to food safety regulations, returns are not accepted once the product is shipped.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it.

We may issue a replacement or a full/partial refund depending on the situation.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged/defective.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us with the details.
