We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please contact us at info@yayaskitchen.co within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
• Due to food safety regulations, returns are not accepted once the product is shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your product arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it.
• We may issue a replacement or a full/partial refund depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged/defective.
Exchanges (if applicable)
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us with the details.
